DELIVERY LOCATIONS
At the present time delivery is only to locations within the Sydney Metro area. This area is extensive, however if you are unsure whether your suburb falls within this area, please contact us.
DELIVERY TIMES
Homestyle Hampers will always endeavour to meet your needs, however please allow 3-4 working days for delivery of hampers and longer during peak periods eg Christmas. Avoid disappointment by ordering as early as possible.
Please note that our specialty hampers will require time to prepare as we purchase gifts to suit each request.
We cannot take requests for deliveries at specific times (eg 2pm) but all hampers will be delivered between 8.30am and 5.30pm on the scheduled week day. Deliveries are not available on public holidays or weekends.
Please ensure that all address details are correct as we cannot take responsibility for hampers not addressed correctly.
All hampers are delivered by our couriers (normally Couriers Please). If courier drivers do not find anyone present at the delivery address they will leave a card with details of how package can be retrieved. If recipient does not make contact within a specified time, the hamper will be returned to us. If wanting re-delivery you will then have to pay a new delivery fee. Alternatively, courier drivers can be instructed to leave the package at the nominated address, even if nobody is present.
DELIVERY COST
Delivery is charged according to total weight of hampers ordered. Hampers with a total weight up to 25kg will be charged a delivery fee of $12.00 and hampers with a total weight between 25 and 40kg will be charged a delivery fee of $23.50.
